Trolling on clubhouse

This is just too epic

Early in the morning, woke up and jumped into clubhouse. Bunch of people had played codenames and smashkart through the night and were tired and bored.

So they came up with a scheme.

A would go into a room and start chatting up a girl. B would wait for some time, then jump into the same room and start yelling at A. "Is this why you dumped me? Bitches on Clubhouse?"

Insanity ensues.

It worked well in one room... perfect.

Second room was even more hilarious. When A and B reached there, there was already some pandemonium going on.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Perfect game on Smashkart

Was playing Smashkart then this happened. I was happy I managed to kill a lot of people, but it was only at the end of the match that I realised that i had somehow, miraculously, escaped death. Now this was a room full of pros okay.
YEAY!

Retail therapy

Was feeling down, so got a bunch of things from Amazon and the local shops... all of them got delivered today... so here they are!

This 'chandelier'

This Ajanta clock. I asked for something simple looking at the gaudy stuff on display. He gave me something 'sober'.

This jute rug. Its like 180 cm or something. I thought they were talking about diameter, it was radius.

The two on either side are nubs, the tiger cactus in the middle I had for a while. The whole hanging shelf thing is new.

This 'display stand'. Again, the plants on either sides are new. I pulled out one of my existing money plants and put it in a bottle of Japanese Roku gin.

This psychedelic sun and moon bedsheet. It is on top of two rajais and a double thickness mattress, so this is actually one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in.

This Philips radio. If only it scrobbled.

This fan. In the heat, it can blow only hot air, poor thing. Also, it is loud AF. But, it always tries its bestest, and that is the important thing.

This periscope. It's shorter than I imagined it would be.

This watering can. It can water.

DD Runpo edition

So had this dream where I am somewhere near Fountain, and I am actually driving my own car. A few people ask me if I can give them a lift to a certain point. I agree. Around Lok Puram, they asked to be dropped off, and I do. Then for some reason, I walk with them, leaving my car behind. They are truckers, and they get into one and drive off. There is a ragpicker at the place where the truck was parked, and he starts shuffling down the road. As the truck drives off, a ladder on the side falls off. The ragpicker starts laughing, then encourage my attempts to hook the ladder to the side of the departing truck. I am unable to make it catch. The ragpicker is just looking at me blankly. I see a tarp covered tapri and some carts on the right, and I hide the ladder between them, telling the ragpicker, "don't worry, they will be back to where they had parked the truck, and find the ladder."

I then find a big sack of garbage, made up of beer and acohol bottles, and start lugging it towards a garbage dump I know is around the corner. The ragpicker follows me, eventually lagging by around 40 metres. Just as I cross the road, I turn back and see the ragpicker being accosted by the police.

I quickly run to where the bins are and drop them off. Im in Vasant Vihar now, my house less than 500 metres away. I look back from the bins and see the ragpicker gesticulating at the police, and I can somehow hear him, across the distance, saying "you let the bigger fish go saheb, there was one with a lot of alcohol who just dumped it, and he is going in that direction". The ragpicker is pointing down the road I am going to take.

I use the cover of darkness and trees to rush down half the road, till the school parking lot. Then I see the police running up the road. Already, multiple teams have moved in. These are some strange future police in blue uniforms, not khakis. I have no clue where that comes from. I stop running, as it is bound to be suspicious, and I know that police are trained to run faster than regular people at least.

Sure enough, one police runs right past me and takes a cut to the left. Then two more rush past me, without giving a second glace. I start running now, as I have a legit excuse, something is up, and I am scared. A whole squadron of police officers are now running up the road, one of them is on a cycle, and he notices me. He asks me why I am running, I tell him I got scared seeing all the police going somewhere. He asks to see my id after stopping. I give him my phone, wallet, keys and everything. He looks at the id, and takes it to consult with some cops in a car. I am rounded up with a few other 'suspects'.

I do not know how the situation escalated. I could have easily told the police I was moving the garbage from a random location to the dump, and that the ragpicker is just making sure he is not getting exploited, and misleading the police.

Anyway, all the police are sitting together in the Jeep, comparing ids and knowing there is no way to figure who their person is. They look flummoxed. I wake up.

In thane, among those who loiter about Upvan lake, the vendors at thane station, traffic police bandobasts for helmets, and some other popular shady hangouts, there is an established system in place where miscreants, criminals and louts (or couples, dopers and pokemon aficionados) warn of incoming police... everyone cleanly moves away, and circles back into position once the police have passed, after catching whatever stragglers they can get their hands on, or newbies who have not entered into the system yet.

Also, we had a code name for police. It was gandhagi. It just spreads everywhere.

I am missing running from the police lol.

Unknown people in Dreams

So Im wondering where unknown people in dreams come from.... even though it is thought to be unpossible. Like they have to come from somewhere right? The options are:

1. Amalgamation of known people

2. Known people with different features

3. Piecing together features you have seen into one person, similar to suspect sketching apps used by police. Here is a fun one

4. Characters seen in movies or television.

5. The brain can genuinely come up with totally novel physical features and personalities.... I think this is possible.

DD clubhouse edition

Just had a dream about clubhouse. Was meeting someone at CST, someone from clubhouse, and three other people joined! There was a fainted girl on the top floor, and I went down to another level where there were two huge public toilets, the gents one had an old brown man with long bootcut white pants, a silk shirt with the buttons open, a straw hat, reading a newspaper. I was struggling to find the people on the station, and was asked to send the location. Then even though I had just spoken to them on the phone, I could not find the number on my device. When I tried to answer an incoming call, I activated the mic on clubhouse by mistake. That's when I woke up.

It was really nice listening to imaginary friends on clubhouse though.

DD surveillance implication documents

This was a full on thriller, just like a movie.

Its an ongoing apocalypse, society has collapsed, there is just a cluster of international agencies holding everything together. We are in a classroom, watching news from different places, everything is abandoned.

I go into an abandoned house, and in a cupboard, find a stash of documents implicating the government and some agencies in causing the disaster. It has ESA, JAXA, NSA, CIA, KGB and some other agencies from other countries. They all worked together to cause the apocalypse. Then someone else comes into the house, and I hide.

I hid under a door, in a cabinet, where Agent Smith comes up to find me. I try not to breathe. He even opens the door and pokes around but cannot see me! He goes away. I take the bag of documents back to a class room. Some official looking woman comes in and says we have to rat out whoever is hiding the documents. I hide the bag underneath the bench of my classmate. Official goes away.

A serious looking watchman like fellow comes and starts checking everyone's bags. Just as he is about to get to us, official comes back as if she thought of something. She looks straight at me, as if something I said gave it away, and asks me, "you know what Im thinking, you know more than you could"

I am forced to own up, and hand over the bag of documents, as I am now scared everyone will be affected somehow. It is a brown bad with lots of printed sheets, bigger on the inside than it looks from outside.

I accuse her "you knew what they were doing! I will give you the documents, but you cannot implicate NASA"

But I hide the most implicating document, and give all the less implicating ones.

It had to do with widespread government surveillance.

Call of Netherdeep Session 2

We are with the other party, Irvan, Dermot, Galsariad, and Ayo. We find ourselves in a small tavern. Ayo says, "You guys beat us at the race, why don't we head back now?" We find Maggie by the shark. She is too big to come through the hole that opened up. Maggie is holding the spear in her hand. "What did you find up there?"

Jazco starts singing "We are the champions". Maggie says "No need to rub it in, we know!" Rangu takes the spear from Maggie. We find the body of a slain giant octopus. Woolf wants to extract some ink, but ends up exploding the ink sac and there is a cloud of black ink in the water.

Rangu finds another healing potion on a ledge. We make our way through the caverns and tunnels, and when we emerge, we find the two elders chatting amongst themselves. They do not expect to see both the teams come out together. Ayo walks up in front and she takes Jazco's hand, picks it up, and says, "They got it first" At this point the Elders congratulates us, with Khulbu going around congratulating us.

Once everyone can see us, Ushru announces, "We have the champions - the Krakenwagen have proven themselves as the champions of merit, and shall be the champions for one full year. Let the festivities comme... continue!!" After seeing people bbqing, campfires all around and people drinking. Elder Ushru comes up to us and says "The Krakenwagen, for winning the competition, I would like to present you with this prize", and hands us the sack. "Can you give us the amulet". We hand over the amulet.

Inside the bag is a 100 gold coins. Ushru says, "As the champions, you also get to stay at the Unbroken Tusk Inn for the night, for free. You are welcome to take part in the festivities, and I will see you in the morning."

Casts identify magic, and understands that the amulet has charges, it provides invisibility, and that the charges regenerate at morning. We sit around chatting, looking at the spear, which is just a steel spear. It's a good spear, and has not rusted at all despite spending a lot of time underwater. We are the talk of the town, people keep giving us food and drinks, and after a night of partying, we find ourselves in the bed at the Tavern.

We wake up to the sound of loud knocking. "Krakenwagen!" the sound of elder Ushru comes through, "are you awake?" We open the door. "I have something to tell you of great importance, will you have breakfast with me? You all ready yourselves, while I go down and get our food ready. I will see you downstairs then."

Woolf wakes everyone up. We go down, and there is food on the table already. A couple of servers are continuously bringing food. Ushru beckons us and says "A vision came to me last night. A golden amulet rose from a pool of blood, and a thousand hands rose from the blood to grab it. And only one hand got the amulet, and the one who got it was a handsome man with curly hail and a somber expression. That man turned to me and said, they must find me, the ones from the grotto. Tell me."

Elder Ushru seems to be genuinely concerned. We recall that the look on his face showed concern, although he was cordial. He seems to pretty spooked by the vision. From what we can tell, he seems to be honest.

Woolf looks around at all of us, and then tells Ushru "We think the person you saw in your dream was a man named Alyxian. He is a human man, dropped in darkness. He mentioned the changebringer also. He was handsome."

Ushru says, "Yes, he was very good looking. Did you find anything down there?" Yazhi says, "Yes, we found an amulet down there." "Can I see it?". Woolf casts detect thoughts while handing over the amulet to Ushru. Woolf can detect concern, the name Alyxian, he is thinking about the calamity, the gods, and trying to put things together. Then he says, "I don't know Alyxian is, and I don't really know what this amulet you found is, but what I do know is that this thing looks old... very old, from the time of the Calamity. I would suggest that you travel to Bazzoxan. People do not stumble across vestiges without a reason. You were chosen for this. There is no place in Xhorhas. It is a grim town under the protection of the Aurora Watch. Do not let other people know about this. Vestiges are rare, and very powerful magics. If people come to know that you have one, you will be hunted down."

Ushru tells us that Ayo is a good girl, and that he will speak to her, and ask the team to not speak about what happened in the grotto. He then says "I suggest you head out as soon as possible. Be careful though, once you start on this quest, it is definitely something that will change your life forever. Good day to you all, have a good breakfast. If you need anything, you can always come to me." He then gets up, nods to everyone and walks away.

As we are eating breakfast, Ayo, Irvan, Dermot and Galsariad walk in, while Maggie waits outside chomping on a big piece of ham.

"Listen, we don't know what you found in the grotto, but whatever it is, we want in"

Jazco says, "It is nout our fault that you were not chosen. Ushru told us to do some research."

"If you guys are going on an adventure, or a quest of some sort, it is better if we all go together. There is safety in numbers. We took time to reach you, but we can hold our own. We have a Cleric." Dermont waves at this point.

Yazhi says "six is a big party, ten is an army."

"If you change your minds, we are around. We have been trying to find a place of our own in the world."

Galsariad says "we all know that you all had some sort of a vision, and you picked up an amulet, that triggered the vision." The group is suspicious with their intentions. Dermot comes up and is really inquisitive about the vision.

Yazhi says, "give us a moment." Ayo says, "That is fine, we will be over there, pointing to a table outside the tavern."

We have a discussion, and decide to go with the group. Jazco says, "We had a discussion, and we had a consensus, and we are good to go with you."

Ayo is excited, "That is great, when do we leave? You had a vision? What was it about? We will get ready ourselves, and when do we visit you?"

We decide to head out in the afternoon, after preparing for the journey. We come across Momota's super shoppe, trying to buy healing potions. She has only one. We haggle over the price.

We head back to the inn, where we meet Ayo. The rest of the party is grumbling, but Ayo calms them down. At least Ayo is very happy at the prospect of heading out. We leave the town of Jigow behind on a warm, sunless afternoon, and make our way down to the wastes and head to the emerald path. We see a desolate landscapes, with mastodons and moorbounders are roaming, which are giant cats that hunt in packs.

We come across a tiefling on top of a moorbounder, bucking about and jumping from rock to rock. We see the tiefling surrounded by four moorbounders. I cast magic missile and hit all four of them. Woolf  casts farie fire, scaring one of them off. Maggie lobs a hammer at them and roars, but the moorbounders are unfazed. Ayo goes up and casts animal friendship, subduing one of them. Rangu goes up, does a survival check to see what the moorbounders are scared of, finds out that it is gloomstalkers, and casts an illusion of one. Yazhi casta a firebolt that passes by. I cast twinned chaos bolt on two of the moorbounders, fire on one ice on the other, sending them packing. Ayo also manages to scare off another moorbounder.

The tiefling rides up to us, thanks us for saving their life, and says their name is Justice. The tiefling tells us that if we reach the caravan, they would make it worth our while. The name of the moorbounder is Rice Pudding.

After walking for the rest of the day, we set up camp. Dermot is talking to his friends, usually Ayo. Galsariad brings out a game of dragonchess. Irvan is roaming around, keeping watch, and is more quiet than the others. Ayo spends a lot of time talking her wish to be on an adventure, and trying to get as much information about the vision. Jazco, Rangu and Woolf play cards with his familiar, El Cato. Jazco is working on something.

The next day dawns, and we start making our way down south. We hear a shriek, and some trumpeting. Up high in the hair, we see two gloomstalkers, 800 feet away. They look somewhat of a wyvern, but composed of twisting shadows. They are surrounded by wisps of smoke. They are creatures from the shadowfell. We see two of them chasing after three mammoths.

DD muder kitty

It rained, my building fell over, spectacularly, curving in the middle so the top flat was upside down on the ground. A cat was biting me in my sleep, and another cat was murdering a kitten on top of my shelf. The kitten's entire eyeballs were red. When I woke up the cat biting me was a blanket and the murdering cat was a package, like it was borderline hallucination

DD be more shiney edition

This one was really good! Started as something entirely different, forgetting what it was now.

Ended up in a place with a lot of people.... again. Went lucid. There was a subway station, that opened up to a road going up into mountainous woods, others were riding a bike, I just went flying. We all ended up in the same place, where one guy wanted to play chess. Everyone else laughed at him, saying that he would not even be able to place all the pieces correctly on the chessboard. I was one of the people who laughed. He managed to set it up correctly anyway, and a game commenced with another person. I was watching from the top of the tree, and got bored with some other people, who decided to play another game, but we didn't have any games. So, I conjured up a game of wagh-bakri, and people played that.

Someone from the group had left, had taken a scooter back to the subway station. I flew straight from the mountain to the subway station in one hop, and said 'bye bye'. Got a response 'you too dark, stay shiney'. Gave a thumbs up and flew back, it was actually more like a leaping zoom. Everyone decided to go to some houses deeper in the woods. Again, everyone else rode their bikes, I wore a helmet and rode the air, while others asked me how I was doing that. That bit was fun.

After a while, a bunch of us decide to go back. I fly straight to the subway station and then have peanuts waiting for the others to show up. Eventually they do. The subway station itself is a maze of futuristic tunnels, and I force my way through this maze, building the relevant architecture. I guess correctly that there is an opening in the cieling, after which there is a kaleidoscope turning that I stop and split apart. At this point I have to decide what it looks like, and after passing through I turn back around to check if everything is symmetrical. It's a smoothly curving arch, and Im pleased with my work. Some people find their way through the maze, come through the arch and wait for me at the station. I have chosen a cyan and white colour combination, for the maze, the tunnels and the arch.

The train arrives. I get in. There is a blur of movement, and I wake up.

Google search definitions are sexist

They source it from a dictionary obviously, but I have to look up the male version of the word to get at the definition

Call of the Netherdeep Session 1

Okay we just started a new campaign and are on our first session, split up over two days because there was a pending encounter.

There is Jazco, a half-orc rogue.

Rangu, a stout halfling warlock.

Rara, a tiefling bloodhunter.

Yazhi, a dark elf wizard.

and Woolf, a variant Assimar Bard.

And me, Slant a Yuan-Ti pureblood sorceror.

We all know each other before the adventure starts. We drink in the same caverns. Rangu is an escaped slave halfling helped by enforcer and shady dealer Jazco, and me, who was spotted by Woolf, a budding playwright and established fanfic author in the act of escaping. Not much is known about Yazhi, who keeps to himself most of the time, who is a kind of a mercenary or a ronin, who travels between cities and lurks in taverns looking for jobs. Rara is a really excited person who is attracted to anything that is dark, likes to read, probably fanfic written by Woolf. None of us are healers, as we are quickly about to realise.

There was a fest at a fest, there was a lot of competitions where we had to form teams and get medals, and gaining the medals would allow us to win more prizes.

Time is not linear, the team gets caught in the seagrass, I tried to swim over them, and we encounter Maggie the Ogre blocking the path along with Khulbu and Ushru goblins. We enter a cavern and there is a landslide, then we find a scroll and a healing potion. We followed the path and reached another cavern. There we see a slowly undulating bright silver pillar.

It turns out to be a school of fish. Rara goes straight towards it, saying "ooh shiney". Rangu says it is just a distraction, but we go towards it anyway.

Discord stream stops working, so we start using Zoom.

We find out through our passive wisdom itself that we cannot go around it. Woolf tries to cast enthrall with her bagpipes... under water and it does not work. Jazco attacks the swarm and leaves a bloody spot with some of the fish floating up dead. Rara goes behind Yazhi and throws and eldritch blast at the swarm. More dead fish float up, and the horde of fish is reduced. Wolf just kills 3 more with a scimitar. Next up is Rangu, and attacks taking out more fish. There are just two fish left, and I just slap the two to death.

An exit opens up ahead and we go through.

A much bigger cavern opens up. The water is much warmer here. There is a shimmering light at the other end. There is a giant shark swimming around, with an amulet around its body and a silver spear protruding from its side. This is the amulet that some elder asked us to get. The shark has not seen us yet.

The shark starts to attack. Second init roll. Jazco moves up to Rangu and holds her action. Woolf makes a harpoon out of the rapier and lobs it at the shark in an attempt to control it. Woolf does a good job of tying the knot to the rapier. Woolf then looks around for a heavy rock, but cannot find one. The idea here is to anchor the shark to the rock. Yazhi is up next, and casts a Tasha's Mind Whip at the shark.

Rangu throws another card at it, and chips off a bit of its skin. The shark swims up to Rangu, allowing Jazco to use the held action, and does a significant amount of damage. The shark charges towards at Rangu, and impales itself on Jazco's rapier. It is back to Rara, who casts a spell on the hexblade, a halbert. None of us are paying attention, but her hands split open and a magical hexblade pops out, and she chooses to imbube the halberd with extra necrotic damage, dealing decent damage to the beast.

Jazco tries to do an unarmed strike on the spear of the shark with the intent of driving it deeper. Jazco waits for the exact moment, and pushes it deeper. The shark is now even more damage. The shark is not looking that great.

It's my turn. I poison damage. The shark is not liking being around us. Yazhi moves in with a fireball attack. We are all doing insane damage to it, but it is not dying. Rangu throws more cards at it, with disadvantage because of close range. The shark has singe marks and cuts all over it. The shark is looking pretty beat up. Woolf swims around a pillar and lobs the rapier at the shark.

The shark turns to Jazco because of the stunt with the spear. Shark goes into a frenzy and attacks Jazco. Jazco looks really badly injured. Rara strikes with her halberd, but does not hit it. Jazco rises up from a cloud of blood. I switch weapons, and it is Yazhi's turn next.

Some orcs move in. I have forgotten to add my cantrips and spells, and do that. Rangu takes a lot of damage. Ayo comes in to the frey, who is from the other team, racing against us. It is Rara's turn, Jazco attacks with his rapier again, and does some damage. The shark is barely holding on to its life. It's eyes are expressionless, and we are supposed to feel sorry for it if we have any heart. We don't.

I slice off the fin of the shark with with just two damage, with my second attack. The shark settles down near the pillar and starts thrashing, in its deaththroes, it destroys the pillar and a passage opens up. The shark is lying dead at the base of the cavern.

Woolf rushes to the amulet and picks it up. Ayo looks at Woolf and says "well done!". The rest of her team comes up at this point of time. Some of them are scarred, some are wounded. The little goblin who was with Ayo's team called Dormer comes up and casts cure wounds on Jazco.

The fallen pillar has created this opening, with radiant light coming in from directly above, from like a hole in the ceiling. Ayo goes towards the light and starts investigating it. All of swim up into a pocket cavern. This is a very different place, the watery environment gives way to a cavern dotted with trees and vines on the walls. In the centre, there is a pool of water, part of the cavern is open to the sky. A pale, shimmering light is coming out of a pedestal in the centre of the pool, in which rests rests a golden pendent attached to a fine golden chain.

We all fall unconscious. We see in our minds, where the pedestal was, a spectral form of a man arises from the pendent on the pedestal, who is dressed in leather, a tattered red cape, and holding a shield. He looks very tired, He says "I am imprisoned, please help me."

We fall through a vortex of golden light and fall into darkness, and we are floating over some inky, black liquid. Suddenly, the darkness is pierced by a streak of a million light that shines down and illuminates the stream, and we see the same man held by fleshy tendrils, just stuck there.

Alyxian is the name of the fellow. The bifrost like light takes us back to another place. We can hear the voice of Alyxian say "save me please..." or something like that.

That is where we call it a night.

We have in front of us, the Jewel of the Three Prayers, one of the Vestiges of Divergence. It is in it's dormant state right now.

The Emperor's new clothes

Catching up on some reading, and revisited the old classic, there were some things that I had forgetting about the story

1. The Emperor spent all his time dressing up

2. The weavers said that their fabrics could not be seen by dumb people or those too good for their office

3. A whole bunch of officials vetted the fine fabric while it was 'on the looms'

4. The noblemen carrying his train were too scared to admit that they felt nothing as well

5. Even after coming to know there was nothing on, the Emperor continued to pretend that there was

Basically the public delusion was to a much greater extent than I remembered, and the kid pointing out the reality really did not make any difference at all.

Dream diary cieling snek edition

So there is this little lizard that keeps visiting, and I have scary dreams about it turning into some extending creature and lunging at me from the ceiling when Im sleeping

Dream Diary Crazy Trucker Edition

There was this really nice augmented reality game, that a whole bunch of people were playing. It was just like the pokemon phrase. The animations had some green-tree-wold-bear man. People had to walk around a park and play the game. It was like a group of trekkers. Some two people showed me how to play the game. I was taken to the park by my parents and left there.

Anyway, there was food for everyone, people lined up, it cost 400 bucks, and some woman paid for me. But there was so much food in the plate that it all fell down. The caterer either sabotaged or try to save me, IDK which. I went outside looking for an ATM to pay the lady. I see a roadside dhabeli stall. There is this huge sand castle showing people from different places. A couple of agressive sales men try to pitch me a suitcase. I finally find an ATM, but when I cross the road, this agressive half a truck driver is on my ass. He turns around and comes at me for a second go. I just push his truck away and it freaking crumbles like cheap plastic.

Part Deux

Had this dream where someone had come in and left food and furniture in my house. This included chivda, a bag of vada pavs (I had no clue I would miss vada pavs so much), some wooden planks, a big closet, and a television.

I ate the vada pav while wondering about all the other stuff.

Visited Nodwin office

Got to see the heart of the esports scene in India. Was fun.

Dream diary ripped clothes and accidents edition

I knew I was going to have a good one, but not quite this. I missed a few though.

It's the pipeline to Gandhinagar at Vartak Nagar. There is a field there. I catch a share rickshaw with Dipti Panchal, who is my rakhi sister. There are six people packed in the car, three in the back, three in the front, I have to sit on the windshield, with Dipti. The maniac driver starts, the Neelkanth road is shut, so he drives around Upvan.

I am struggling to stay on the windshield. Dipti falls off, never to be seen again. There is a handle on top of the car, that I manage to grab, but in the process I bend the antenna around. The driver sticks his head out and looks at it, but seems like he does not mind too much, and that his antenna keeps getting bent. My bag is covering his field of view, and I wonder how he is even driving. I keep slipping and the antenna keeps getting increasingly bent.

Just as we turn Upvan, I switch to some kind of drone view. There is a second car up front, tethered to the one we are driving, and the driver is in control of that as well. He asks me to take the wheel while he fixes the antenna. As I turn the wheel, the tethered car ahead turns, instead of my own, but my car follows behind the tethered car ahead by turning at the same point.

Seems to be some advanced semi autonomous vehicle technology. With drones.

Anyway, I fall off the car and my clothes get ripped in several places. I fall off, and cross a stretch of road between Cottage and my Home, where we find a pair of baby's shoes. Some old woman takes the shoes. I land up near school, where Dipti's relatives are looking for her. There, Dipti's older sister, Anala Panchal is struggling to find a share rickshaw from Vasant Vihar to EDWU. All the share rickshaws are filling up, and there are buses driving recklessly.

I land up near Pongam, where I bump into an old friend, Suhail Basher. We have a catching up talk, where I learned that Basher is just visiting for a short while, and that he has moved to "GK" in Nagpur with his family, and that he is married. He asks me to visit. I struggle to remember GK stands for Greater Kailash and its in Delhi, in the dream.

By this time, Anala has managed to get a small car, and asks me to get in, to look for Dipti. This is a four seater, and there are two of her friends in the back. I squeeze in, but the doors do not close. Those in the back are stoically silent. I'm barely hanging to my seat as the vehicle zooms back towards Upvan. I remember thinking this is like the Amazing race.

We do not find Dipti, so we head back to Eden Woods, to "look for her online". As we are turning from Vasant Vihar to Edwu, Anala gets distracted by some passing vehicle and turns to look at it. I can figure that Anala is just learning to drive, or one of those people who drives but never really learns to drive. A massive bus hits us, and we are sent flying all the way back to Upvan! There is a naka bandi there, and someone from the back says, "stay calm and cooperate". We weave through a bunch of school children, the police do not ask us questions, and instead of ending up back in EDWU, we go to Gulmohar.

There is a new complex here, something very tall. There are a bunch of people playing cricket and videogames on phone below the complex. As soon as I get off the car, a bunch of things happen.

We start walking towards Anala's apartment. Some elderly fellow from the colony remembers me, and asks me where I have been. I struggle with a response, not remembering exactly. He says "welcome back", looks at my clothes and comments "always knew you were a crazy fellow". Another guy, asks "I always knew you were the computer guy. Do you have a spare laptop?" I say no, even though I do. The cable person is welding something into the ground, like a more advanced version of splicing optical cables. He says I will have to use a WiFi hotspot as the network is down. I think 'oh great' and we walk on.

I bump into another old friend, Sudhir Sharma, who just nods and smiles at me. Someone sitting in a ledge above him talks about "cracking open relics" but they are not playing warframe, some other game like Dragon Clan Wars or something.

I ask Sudhir what game they are talking about, and Sharma responds with a "don't worry."

By now the agenda has somehow shifted from finding Dipti to finishing Warframe as fast as possible. The gameplan is to get a bunch of blokes together to play for a week. I say it cannot be done. I get into the lift with Anala and two young guys I do not know the names of. They are laughing at my torn clothes, which are three layers of clothings, all ripped at different points so nothing shows.

I try to explain to them that I am against the whole point of playing Warframe just to finish, and that they will enjoy it more if they do not put so much pressure on themselves. They cannot understand it, I get indignant and worked up.

The elevator door opens, and so do my eyes.
