JK rowling said that HP may not hang around for long after the seventh book. This is what i think how the serise will end up.
1)Harry Dies when voldemort dies because he is living as long as the part that left voly lives within him, and the curse that failed works after so many years...
OR
2)Harry becomes the next dark lord
