Almost. Was wondering why it didn't rain. Around a nychthemeron ago, what looked exactly like an army of clouds marched up from the north, settled in the east by evening, but it did not rain. Firecrackers lit up the sky all around, and in Bangalore, I witnessed a unique spectacle. Lightning as I had never seen it before. Saw a flash between two layers of clouds and it was scary, because instead of one spark, it lasted for something like two or three seconds. Throughout the night there was lightning, partially hidden by a lower layer of clouds. Accompanied by firecrackers all around. Nicest thing to watch.
I was on the terrace, reading the code (see next (or previous, depening on how you look at it) post) and stumbled across a mistake (as against a lie). Collet, having bugged Langdon, could have heard his conversation with Sophie in the bathroom, and would have known he was about to escape... preventing it.
