The World is full of married men
I lent the code and a compilation of Sherlock Holmes stories to a friend. In turn, he lent me a copy of "The world is full of married men". A book by some chick called Jackie Collins, who, from the appearence on the cover, appears to be a creature from her own book. The book paints a picture of the the English glitterati, where sex is currency and people get robbed plenty. Not a terribly good read, loses steam in the middle, and does not have much to start with in the first place. Read it just so that I could say that I had read it. Donno exactly where and why. Next on the list is a book on the walkman as a cultural artefact.

Read The Alchemist (in case you haven't already) and you'll come to think The World is Full of Married Men is a bestseller.
