Caller tunes

Because my mobile died, the callertunes on my sim got deactivated for want of activity (balance). Now I set it again, and the damage comes around to a total of one hundred and six rupees and I got tired and chose a song I did not really like, but I guess now I'll have to get used to it - or rather my friends. I used to have California dreaming, now I have some weird song that goes something like "I don't care what you say." Think it reflects my attitude as others would perceive it, and it would definitely appear a little too arrogant, but what the hell, need to get a little arrogant now and then for your ego or something.
The point however, is the cost. Thirty bucks every month after this, all to show a little attitude, which would make it seem even more arrogant. I set the caller tune basically because I got bored, had a lot of balance, and had to make a note of the automated system.
It sucks. Last time around, it was advertising some other services of Orange, but this time it advertised only the caller tunes and nothing else fortunately. They however, overdid it by explaining twice what caller tunes were, in the same words.

"when they call your phone, let them hear a song of your choice instead of the regular tring tring"

but the time wasting did not stop there, she went on say "for example, when your friend calls you you can let her hear pehla nasha"
Not only is this sexist, but also a somewhat cheap strategy. Can easily backfire, but such things have a habit of being ignored.

Then she wasted even more of my time/money by giving me the terms; "you will be charged 30 rupees for this service" and something about additional tunes.

And AFTER that, I went on to hear the long list of categories. Fortunately, International Hits was the second categ, but she giggles when I select it. Happened the last time around too. She goes, "ok so you want international hits?"
