stuff

Just reading the papers. Now. Downloaded the sacred-texts website yesterday. Atleast started it, that is what is going on now, have downloaded 6795 pages, and there are 61080 pages to go. Thing cannot save and continue, so I have to pause, then continue tommorrow. damn.

Have never named a post stuff so far, although many posts could have been named stuff.

Good nights sleep yesterday, wierd dream which I have already forgottne. Woke up because of it some twenty minutes ago. TOI, is apparently the most powerful paper in the world. There is a story about a family getting electolucated which is a bit too sad to be put up for darwin, but all of them were amazingly stupid. damn.
and the darwin is probably too common. something saddder is the circus industry closing down. 20000 circus guys are in danger of poverty and unemployment. Damn.
LOL. Some gay guy put is holding up a sign saying "Charles can maerry twice! Gays can't marry once. Outrage!". Or he could be a gay-rights activist. I donno. will try to find that pic online. Nah couldn't find it. damn. Beutiful hat? What beautiful hat? that was the worst hat possible. It was wierd, it looked like her hair had been through the heart of hell, and did I mention, it was wierd?
If wierd is beautiful... we live in a very cool world
and there is a verse by Andrew Motion

I took your news outdoors and strolled a while
In silence on my swuare of garden-ground
Where I could dim the roar of arguments
Ignore the scandal-flywheel turning around
And hear instead the green fuse in the flower
Ignite, The breeze stretch out a shadow-hand
To ruffle blossom on its sticking points,
The blackbirds sing, and singing take their stand.
Had honoured all its promises to start
Disclosing how the priniples of earth
Can make a common purpose with a heart.
The heart which slips and slides like a stream
Weighted down by winter-wreckage near its source-
But given time, and come the clearing rain,
Breaks to reveal its proper course.

Didn't like it except for the last few lines. Only the last fewlines, and it would have been a cool one. Ah well...

This was for william's 21 birthday. Almost rot. No humour, not point that justifies a verse, and almost no metre
It's a threshold, a gateway
A landmark birthday;
It's a turning of the page,
A coming of age.

Lucky released on friday. sneha Ullal. Damn Salman, where did he get the dumb look-alike from? Phantom of the opera got three stars. downloaded teh soundtrack, but haven't listened to it except for masquarade. Cool track.
and who cares about miss congeniality. Will watch it when it comes out on TV....

And someone said that you cannot inherit a political legacy
yeah right.
